Muscle heatmap
See exactly which muscles you’ve been training.
RepEight’s muscle heatmap colours each muscle on a front and back body map by how much volume you’ve given it, so undertrained muscle groups stand out at a glance.

Front and back, muscle by muscle
Chest, delts, lats, quads, hamstrings, glutes and more, each shaded from untouched to heavily trained using the sets you’ve logged.
Muscle distribution chart
A spider chart shows how your volume is spread across muscle groups, which makes lopsided programming obvious.
Frequently asked questions
How does the muscle heatmap work?
Every exercise in RepEight is mapped to its primary and secondary muscles. As you log sets, volume is added to those muscles and the heatmap shades each one relative to the rest.
Can I see the heatmap for a single workout?
Yes. Workout share cards include a heatmap of just that session, and your profile shows the heatmap across your recent training.
